Case History C E M.R fistulogram was done taking multiplanar & multisequential imaging on 1.5 Testa Superconducting magnet (Siemens Avanto-18 channel system) using 10 cc of Inj. MAGNILEK intravenously. No adverse reaction was noticed during or after the administration of contrast medium.

Few patients complain that after discharge of pus they feel better for few days to months and again same problem happens to them. Most of the patients are in the age group of twenty to thirty years. It is common in males and mostly affects hairy males.
