Case History C E M.R fistulogram was done taking multiplanar & multisequential imaging on 1.5 Testa Superconducting magnet (Siemens Avanto-18 channel system) using 10 cc of Inj. MAGNILEK intravenously. No adverse reaction was noticed during or after the administration of contrast medium.
Bowel movement is one of the most important activities in order to remove the unnecessary products from the body. Majority of patients affected by Pilonidal Sinus disease come with the complaints of pain, swelling, pus discharge and difficulty in sitting around the tail bone area. Few patients complain that after discharge of pus they feel better for few days to months and again same problem happens to them. Most of the patients are in the age group of twenty to thirty years. It is common in males and mostly affects hairy males.
